These terms are the agreement between you and Cerrajería y Cuchillería Henríquez (Venezuela), which provides the Sincroniza Tu Tienda service. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
Sincroniza Tu Tienda is a system for businesses: sales, inventory, customer messaging, advertising screens and social media posting, all from one dashboard.
You must give truthful information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done from your account and for the permissions you give your staff. The service is for businesses and people over 18.
Each plan's price is shown on the home page. Plans are paid in advance; if a plan expires unpaid, the service is paused until it is renewed. Amounts already paid are not refunded for unused time, unless the law says otherwise.
What you upload (products, photos, videos, text) is yours. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only where you choose, solely to provide the service. You must hold the rights to what you upload.
If you connect TikTok, Instagram or WhatsApp, we post and reply only on your behalf and only what you configure or approve. You must also follow those platforms' rules, which are theirs, not ours. You can disconnect any account at any time.
Using the service to send spam, sell illegal products, deceive customers, post others' content without permission or try to access other people's accounts or data. If that happens, we may suspend the account.
We work to keep the service online at all times, but there may be outages for maintenance or failures of the internet or third-party services (banks, social networks, artificial intelligence providers).
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made with the system's data. Our maximum liability is what you paid in the last three months.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time, as explained in the privacy policy.
If we change these terms, we will update the date above. If the change is significant, we will let you know in advance.
